Terms of service.

The service

Train 2.0 gives you access to on-demand training programs, an AI coach, and optional paid video feedback reviews from a human coach. We may update the library, pricing, and features from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe. Magic links and OAuth sessions tie to your email.
• Don't share your account. It's licensed to one person.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price posted on the pricing page.
• You can cancel any time from the Account page; access continues until the end of your paid period.
• Video feedback credits are non-refundable once redeemed. Unused credits remain on your account for 12 months.
• One-time program purchases grant lifetime access to that program for personal use.

Your content

You own every video you upload. You grant Train 2.0 a non-exclusive license to store, transcode, and stream it to you and any coach reviewing it. We will never publish your footage publicly without explicit written consent.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or redistributing lesson videos or transcripts.
• No uploading content that isn't yours or violates the law.
• Don't abuse the AI coach to extract training material at scale.

Results disclaimer

Hockey is a sport. Train at your own risk. Warm up. Respect your limits. Train 2.0 content is educational — it is not medical or rehabilitation advice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after we publish changes means you agree to them.
