Train 2.0 ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated April 18, 2026.
What we collect
- Account data — email, name, and profile preferences you provide at sign-up.
- Usage data — lessons you watch, progress checkpoints, coach conversations, feedback submissions you upload.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We only store a customer identifier and subscription status; card details never touch our servers.
- Video uploads — hosted and streamed by Mux under signed playback. We retain them for the life of your account.
How we use it
- To deliver the training programs, AI coach, and video feedback you subscribed to.
- To improve the platform — anonymous engagement metrics via PostHog.
- To communicate — receipts, lesson reminders, feedback-ready notifications via Resend.
Who we share with
Only the processors we need to run the service: Stripe (billing), Mux (video), Supabase (data), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI coach), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete your account at any time from the Account page, or by emailing support@train2point0.com. Deletion removes your profile, uploads, and coach history within 14 days.
